Terms of Service

These terms govern access to NaddaraOS. By creating an account or using the service, the customer agrees to use it lawfully and to keep account credentials and tenant access under appropriate control.

Service use

NaddaraOS is provided to optical businesses for practice operations. Customers must not abuse the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Accounts and data

The customer is responsible for authorized users, permissions, data accuracy, and prompt notification of suspected compromise. NaddaraOS processes tenant data to operate the service and protect the platform.

Plans and billing

Plans, trials, payment methods, renewals, and cancellation are shown during registration and in the application billing area. Taxes and payment-provider terms may apply to paid subscriptions.
