Frequently asked questions

Your data is hosted on dedicated servers in the European Union (France), and uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage in Western Europe. All traffic between your browser and NaddaraOS is encrypted with TLS, and sensitive credentials — two-factor secrets, passkeys and integration keys — are additionally encrypted at rest with AES-256. Databases and files are backed up nightly, encrypted, to separate off-site storage, and restores are tested. Card details are never stored on our servers: payments are completed on the payment provider’s own hosted checkout.
Yes. We support CSV imports for customers, inventory (frames and lenses), and historical orders. Our onboarding team will help you prepare and import your data. Most stores are fully migrated within 1-2 business days.
We email you 3 days before it ends, and again on the day. No card is ever stored during the trial, so nothing is charged automatically — you choose a plan and pay when you're ready. If the trial ends first, your account switches to read-only: everything you entered stays there and stays readable, but nothing new can be saved until you subscribe. No data is deleted.
Yes. NaddaraOS is fully responsive and works on any device — smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. Many stores use tablets mounted at the counter for POS. The interface is designed for touch.
We support all major insurance providers in Egypt including Misr Insurance, Allianz Egypt, AXA Egypt, GIG Insurance, MetLife, and others. Custom insurance configurations can be added on request.
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan and add new branches at any time from your settings. Branch additions are prorated to your current billing cycle.
Yes! NaddaraOS fully supports Arabic (RTL) with a proper Arabic font (IBM Plex Sans Arabic) and correct right-to-left layout. You can switch between Arabic and English at any time. All reports, receipts, and documents can be generated in either language.
